REALTOR® REFERRAL PROGRAM

Florida Property Management Services LLC will compensate agents for any property management client referred as follows: (Two referral fee options for Realtors)

• OPTION 1: We pay Realtors a very attractive initial one time referral fee of $750.00 PER PROPERTY for EACH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CONTRACT  signed by a referred client. This applies for any future properties referred.
• OPTION 2: Instead of Option 1, Realtors can elect to receive a monthly referral fee of 20% of the monthly property management fee collected by us, paid on a monthly basis FOR THE LIFE OF THE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT!  Yes we are the only property management company that offers a true Strategic Partnership, we become partners for life until the property management agreement is canceled due to sale or personal use of the property by the property owner, during the time a contract is in full force you will receive the management fee referral on a monthly basis 
• With either Option the Property management fee referral will apply for all future properties the referred client brings to our company for management
• We do all leasing since day one so Realtors will receive 30% of the initial leasing commission paid to Florida Property Management Services LLC (listing side)

PLUS, 

The Client remains your client, you will continue to be the Owner’s agent and we will sign a non-compete/referral agreement stipulating compensation terms described above and where the client goes back to you when the client decides to sell subject property or properties or  to buy any additional properties.
